Hey guys, i ve tried to create a wds discover image because we have no pxe cards in our pc's. i used this how to ( http://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/library/dd637996(WS.10).aspx ) to create it. if i now want to boot from it i am getting this error message http://yfrog.com/0ywindows720100217151525p . does anyone know how fix that?

If you have this problem on all workstations, I'm guessing you got a problem with your PE image.Try booting from the ISO in a virtual machine, if this works, try to burn the iso image again on another DVDif it doesn't work from the ISO, try to start all over again and make sure you don't miss anything

Yes, the discover image is for machines that don't support PXE boot

figured out the problem. the solution was at the end of the page and there is standing: Dont Work with Windows 7 AIK Tobias Schnorr | Bearbeiten | Verlauf anzeigen When you use these command lines with the new Windows 7 AIK, the Boot CD don't work!!! It works only with the Windows Vista AIK 1.1.

what version of AIK are you using?
