Hi yaro,
Are you delete your vm in Hyper-V manager before you merge the snapshot? That is the unsupport operation, we must merge snapshot before expanding the VHD, your issue must occur because the snapshot chain was corrupted, now the workaround is first backup all the current vm files, merge the snapshot manually, you can refer the following article to merge it.
