Hi,You can set the following permission on root folder:1. Right-click the root folder, choose Property, switch to Sharing tab, give Everyone Write, Modify permission.2. Switch to Security tab, click Edit button, remove Everyone group. Click Advanced button, click Edit button, click User(DomainName\User), click Edit, uncheck the all Delete permission options. Please dont check Deny. 3. Repeat to remove all Delete permissions from Users groups. For more information about permission, please refer to the following article:File and Folder Permissionshttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb727008.aspxThanks This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.

Yes, you need to add the CREATOR OWNER security Permission and give it FULL CONTROL of Folders, Subfolders and Files. You then need to remove the other permission that gives the users delete access. What this means is if the user is the Owner of the file/folder than they have full-control. Otherwise they don't. Cheers,Laralforbes
