Delete
From a networking perspective, your IP layout is incorrect. For example, your inbound NICs have a 10.x.x.x address, but the gateway you defined was a 192.168.1.x address. That isn't going to work. Same thing with the switch in the middle
of that segment.
Once you straighten out the networking design, you should post the question in the Clustering forum to get the best advise.
