Delegate some administration on a 2008 domain.
Hello, I am trying to setup some users to be able to manage some systems and users in their own OU. Currently the only access they have to the domain is one server they RDP in to. As of right now I've managed to get everything working just fine, but I can't seem to find a server 2008 admin pack that runs on server 2008 (their servers OS). Is there another method to solve this that I am just missing? EDIT: Also, it looks like I'll need one that runs on XP SP2. Is this possible? -Nathan

For 2008 install the Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT) feature using Server Manager. For XP SP2 you are limited in that you can't obtain the latest tools. The adminpak for Server 2003 will still give you the standard MMC snap-ins, but you won't have any of the enhanced functionality of the new toolset.Tony
