Hello, I would firstly double check if you have contacted Patchlink to see whether the application is compatible with 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003. I am sorry to say that we have little knowledge on Patchlink and may not be the best resource to resolve the problem. The Patchlink support engineers may have better knowledge on it and may help you to efficiently find a solution. Just for your reference, based on my knowledge, a possible cause to this problem is that the application is not compatible with 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003 so that it calls an incompatible file. HiChang,Thank You for the response. same settings ( Version of pacthlink , 64 bit WIN2K3 ) are working fine with other servers. This is happening only with few servers.I am unable to uninstall / reinstall patchlink . All other applications are working fine.any clue .. that can resolve this issue.
