I have created an package in SSIS and getting some problem when i am export date from OLEDB to Excel its format getting change.

I am passing date format MM/dd/yyyy and its showing yyyy-MM-dd.

any one can tell  me about solution .

Try what Milan said, or just record a simple Macro in Excel to format the column as Date once it's in Excel.  Run the Macro, and you're done in a couple seconds.
