i was using SQL Azure account on trial basis for 30. By mistake i have not upgraded to premium account and it expires yesterday. There was an very important Database of named as UthTracker. today i am seeing that database is not there and didnt displaying in deleted database also.

but i want that database back. i have no backup of that database. And i want to upgrade it to premium account. So kindly suggest me to how to restore that database and upgrade it to premium account. It very urgent my business is on that database only.

Quickly convert the subscription to Pay-As-You-Go Azure subscription.
Then your subscription will be up again. Once up, simply export the data tier [.bacpac] file and get it imported on local / on premises DB.

After restore cancel the azure subscription if required.
