Database "db_name" (in recovery) in the object explorer. What does it mean, and why I cannot access it?

*it does not trigger error! just cant select the db.

Take a look at the SQL Error Log and tell us what it has to say about this problem.

No error msg. Just cannot select it

OK, then maybe you have just restarted your SQL Server Instance and the database was not recovered yet when you listed the databases from the Object Explorer or SSMS. So how about a refresh? Right click on the Databases node in the Object Explorer and hit Refresh and let's see how if it seems Online again?

this mean data in recovery state , there are many reason for this but mainly due to

1) DB has restarted 
2) restore is going on
3)  May be you are looking for a mirror DB
