Hello,
We have two on-premise DB's syncing with Azure DB. They are stuck in "processing status". We tried cancelling one of the sync groups and now that is stuck in "Cancelling processing".
Any idea? We cannot add any new sync agents or groups as the region drop down is blank and unexpected errors occur.

Update. The Cancel process has now completed but the sync still remains. Error in this group "Sync failed with the exception "We have encountered an issue in syncing your data." For more information, provide tracing ID 21bd650e-cb96-4dda-82a3-85ebe85bbabb to customer support."
Sync is still showing as "processing" since 20 Nov 14 for one Agent.
