HowTo: Import data to MS SQL 2008 from password protected Access DB ?

The easiest route is to simply remove the password protection.  Alternatively, a minimal amount of web searching will find examples of how to specify the credentials - which depends on the version of Access.

you may create a DSN for access and link that DSN from SQL Server or a linked server created with the access credential
