When I load the Windows Essentials 2012 dashboard, it takes a long time; then a health alert error pops up saying "Alert notifications are not available". Users Devices and Storage tabs tell me "there are no items to display".

System has been operating fine since December 2014. When I look at the dashboard log I see "StorageOM: folder is not in correct state, so could not open False Healthy".  

Any ideas?

Is there any change before this problem happens? If so, try to undo the change and confirm the result.

Besides, you may try to restart server in safe mode, or, restore server if there is a recent backup.  

If the problem still exits, check the Event Viewer to see if any event logged.
