Hello,
this is too less information, please post the complete error message or event viewer error you have about this. Also which OS version, incl. SP/patch level is used.
How many DC/DNS servers do you have and how are they located?
Please post also an unedited ipconfig /all from all of them so we can verify some settings.
Is the DHCP client service started and set to automatic on the DC/DNS servers, required for correct DNS registration?

Hello,
you have to proceed like that:
make sure that each DC / DNS server points to its private IP address as primary DNS server and to other internal DNS servers as secondary ones
make sure that each DC without DNS points to internal DNS servers as DNS servers
Once done, run ipconfig /registerdns and restart netlogon service on each DC.
If the problem persists, proceed like that:
Choose one of the DC / DNS servers you have Make this DC / DNS server as primary DNS server of all DCs Run ipconfig /registerdns and restart netlogon service on each DC
Force AD replication between DCs and make sure that it is made without problems
Once done, do that:
make sure that each DC / DNS server points to its private IP address as primary DNS server and to other internal DNS servers as secondary ones
make sure that each DC without DNS points to internal DNS servers as DNS servers
