Hi, I am afraid that I do not fully understand your requirement. According to your description, there is a domain (www) and a web server that has joined the domain. Now, you want to create a sub domain and join another web server to the sub domain. Can you tell us why you need to create a sub domain? Domains are logical directory components that you create to manage the administrative requirements of your organization. In fact, you may join the other web server to the same domain (www). What Are Domains and Forests? http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc759073.aspx Do you need to publish the web servers to the Internet? If you need to publish the web servers to the Internet, register them in ISP. If they are internal web server, you can just register the computer names in local DNS server. For more information: DNS Overview (IIS 6.0) http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/WindowsServer2003/Library/IIS/42dd7258-1deb-47c9-ae33-053e0ee2c187.mspx?mfr=true Hope the information is helpful.
