DNS and web browsing
I have discovered a problem that has cropped up in that my network users are unable to browse certain websites, suchs as any of the microsoft web sites and several others. For example on computer A I cannot browse any microsoft web sites, but on computer B I can, and they are both on the same network, firewall, and dns server. So this leads me to look at the client i.e. computer A but I cannot find any reason why one website would not come up over any other. nslookup finds the IP address. there is no firewall turned on on the computer and I have checked the hosts file but there are no overrides there. I am at aloos as there were to look next to solve the problem???Lee
