DNS Role only in DC ?
Friends, just now realized something. We can not install the DNS Server Role in Windows Server 2008 R2 enables it not as a domain controller? I tried to enable the DNS Server Role, but I got a message that is obligatory to use the dcpromo and I'm not mistaken have enabled other times in the past. Can anyone clarify? Thank you!
