I have some query on DNS wit respective to my azure setup

Scenario as attached in file.

1) I have 2 Vnet (abc,xyz) connected with site 2 site vpn (registered dns server in each subnet in azure portal)

2) Each Vnet have respective root domain controllers along with additional dc's as per diagram

3) Now customer wants to deploy ADC's in  respective cross subnets for example :- In Abc forest there  will be an additional ADC of Xyz.com and Vice Versa along with Trust relationship

4) I have installed additional domain controllers with static preferred DNS IP address in cross subnets

5) Now whenever Static dns ip gets remove from vm after shut down Or connectivity issue across site2site vpn it stops resolving own cross domain controller and starts resolving DNS which is specified in azure portal of that vnet

6) I want to achieve that after vm or network  issue it should get resolved cross domain dns in each vm
