Hi Sandeep, Thanks for posting here. Event 1041 and 7B849a69-220F-451E-B3FE-2CB811AF94AE indicate that that some of the Internet Explorer 8 registry keys were not removed when it was uninstalled. To resolve this error, delete the following registry keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GPExtensions\ {7B849a69-220F-451E-B3FE-2CB811AF94AE} = Internet Explorer User Accelerators And please check the properties of DHCP scope and make sure Dynamic Update DNS is enabled , and please make sure the option “Register this connection's addresses in DNS” was checked in advanced TCP/IP settings of client NIC . Please read the article which Mike provided before first http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816592 Thanks.
