I have the follow error The test for Dynamic DNS update support Returned "DNS server Failure" (error code 0xAAAA232A RCODE_SERVER_FAILURE) What is this failure?

This error code can occur if the server that is being tested is not authoritative for the zone or itcannot reach another DNS server which is. It can also arise if the DNS server doesnt support dynamic updates, is busy with zone transfers or has an unexpected error. You should check the local machines DNS Client settings to ensure that its pointing at a DNS Server authoritative for the zone youre trying to update.
