DNS - Broken Delegation
Hello, I have to 2 DNS servers in my local domain using AD secure dynamic update. I ran dcdiag /test: DNS and received the following errors about DNS delegation being broken. Any help fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Note: I ran the DNS best
pratice analyzer and no errors were reported.

Hi metter2369,
Thanks for posting here.
Is this domain name adafpre.lcoal.ADAFPRC.LOCAL we want? If no,
could we go to these two domain servers and verify the zones we hosted on it and see if we have ever added a delegate zone which name adafpre.lcoal under domain zone ADAFPRC.LOCAL ? If we do have then please deleting form it and rerun
the diagnosis program to see how is going .

Hi metter2369,
Thanks for update.
It appears that the domain adafprc is not properly delegated cos a normal delegating domain should show in gray which like _msdcs in the picture posted and whats shown in the picture I posted.
I would suggest to delete (form local and its sub item adafprc ) first , after that please recreating the DNS delegation with pointing to the proper address of DNS server that contains this subdomain .

Thank you for your help! Problem resolved...
I did not need to create a new DNS Delegation. I just deleted local to fix the problem. I ran DCDiag /Test:DNS again which reported no problems.
