Hello,
your questions is not enough clear. There is no subnets that can be added to a direct zone.
Only reverse zones can be created for your two subnets.
For authentication, I think that here you are talking about secure update of DNS records. Here, you have to integrate your DNS zone in AD and then allow only secure updates.

Actually i have two subnet 10.x and 192.x and a single AD configured on 192.x integrated with DNS
10.x was a separate network now i want to integrate this network with 192.x, where client computer can be added to this domain.
what is the best solution to achieve this. I don't know much about this so need some help

Their is no best solution.
You can move your clients and change their IP addresses without problems.
Just make sure that they are poiting to your DC / DNS server as primary DNS server.
