For any billing discrepancy issues you need to open a support ticket.
Go to https://portal.azure.com Click on Help + Support, Create Support, request type, billing and create. If you're not able to create a support, you may
try this number - 91-80-40103000 or contact customer care using the
contact list and
Global Customer Service phone numbers. The customer care will create a support ticket on your behalf and thereafter your query will be addressed by our engineer from billing dept.
