Hi,

As this is a free trial, it shows that one has to pay "0" amount during the free trail. You still have 52 credits to utilize in the remaining 28 days.

Hi,

If in case your account is disabled, you might have to check with the billing team by creating a Free billing service request from here.

Thanks.

In the portal, if I create a service request it makes me click on a subscription. But because it's disabled it's greyed out and I'm unable to select it and continue. Bump.

/me gives up.

Hi,

In that case, I would recommend you to go to this page Having issues with sign in or signing up for an account?  or click here to submit the service request.

Thanks... Support request sent... let's hope it's quicker than the 8 hours stated... I'm sitting on the expensive training course twiddling my thumbs. :-)

The answer is that the MS lab courseware powershell code we were using incorrectly selected and installed a premium support Linux VM, and used up all the money... the fix? To use my own personal credit card to put money on the account to finish the course. Funnily enough I'm not going to do that. ;-)
