Creating Windows user with copy delete file permissions across the servers in same Domain

Hey all,
I have a windows Task scheduler job which is running with Domain admin credentials, I want take out Domain admin user and I want new user in AD who can delete existing backup file
and can copy new backup files across the machines in same domain.
Job ran in Destination machine (Preprod). Source machine is production server.
Can some body help me regarding.
