Hi, I am trying to use SCSM as an indexer for an external Knowledge Management System. I just need to import and sync KBs from an external system and fill Title, Description, Keyword, and external URL fields.

I have read CSV connector example many times, yet I don't know how that updates CIs using just Import-SCSMInstance powershell module! :) 

I am reading directly from SQL server, and really don't know if I should go for a connector or just create a usual workflow. I think if I can create a workflow in c# for syncing workitems or CIs, that would be a good starting point.

Any pointers or suggestions would be appreciated.
