Creating Certificate Requests in Windows that have multiple CNs
I'm having some trouble creating a certificate with multiple common names in it. I am simply looking for a certificate that is the common name for these names:
Mgmt0.domain.com
Mgmt0
Also, I need the first one to be the primary address, and the other to be the alternative, but I must be something wrong. I am trying to do this through Windows certmgr.msc, a couple times I have made customer requests, but they do not put the correct names
on to the certificates for them to be used for both of these domain names, and so now I am asking what I need to do to get this done or if someone might have a good tutorial on submitting the correct type of request to get this done.
