We have a domain using Windows Server 2008 RODC's with XP clients, and we are currently using folder redirection for desktop and my documents. Is there a way to create a default windows profile for domain users, that loads up all of our desired desktop icons/shortcuts, but keep the folder redirection and continue to give the user rights to edit the profile afterwards (add/delete shortcuts, etc)?
