Create View to show SR wich dont have a service assigned

i try to create a view to show my early service request which dont have an service assigned to add that information.

i tried the service request (advanced) class, there is an relation "Is related to Configuration Item" i guess, this might be the path...

but i cant figure out a criteria combination, which results in showing up only SRs without relating Service...

Any hint?

correction: the solution above works not, it only works, in case the service is the only related CI, if anyother item is connected the criteria does not help....

Any further ideas?

Hey C_Loki,

You should be able to use the "Service Request (Advanced)" or "Service Request(Assigned, Affected User)" class, from here select "Assigned to user" -> "Display name" -> "is Null"

This will give you all the Service Requests without an assigned user.

Let me know how you go.

Thanks,

Shayne.
