Create VPN cert for non-domain PC
We have an SSL VPN and a Microsoft Enterprise CA. Our laptop users can VPN in with the certs they get by auto-enrollment. We have users that have home PCs that are not a part of our domain that need to VPN in. Can anyone give me step-by-step details on how I can get the cert created and imported onto the non-domain PCs? Thanks, Scott

Hi, What OS is running on the CA and non-domain PCs? For enterprise CA, we need to create a new certificate template and select the Supply in the request option in the Subject Name tab of the certificate template. And then, we can request a certificate by using web enrollment page or certreq utility with an .inf file. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc736326(WS.10).aspxThis posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
