Hi Gauresh,
I have only one NIC in my domain controller.
Firewalls are disabled on all the machines which I am using for the test setup. I have total 8 machines with OS Windows Server 2012 R2 installed on all the machines. All of them are virtual machines. Domain Controller is installed on one of these machines.
I have checked all the Services required for DC to work properly, are running fine.
I have tried all the things mentioned in the above link "www.chicagotech.net/pathnotfound.htm" but of no use.
Here is the output of dcdiag.exe after running the command in windows powershell.
Power shell output:

If I run the command dcdiag /q it is not showing any errors.
