Constant Network Monitoring
Hello, I'm experiencing some excess network traffic on one of our production web servers at random times of the day. I'm looking for a network monitoring tool that would alert me when ping times or general network traffic goes over a certain threshold. Ideally it would run as a Windows Service so nobody has to be actively running an application. Does anyone know of an application like this?

You could customize a script to read Network performance data and send alert. For your reference:
