i get errore in my scom server -plase your help

What account is your "Microsoft Exchange Monitoring Correlation" service running under?  Try changing it to your SCOM SDK account. OR

Hi,

Which version of SCOM did you use? If you are running SCOM 2012 SP1, I would like to suggest you instal SCOM 2012 SP1 UR5 and check the result.
