Connecting 98 and NT4.0 workstations
I support a small tool and die shop that is looking at upgrading their server from NT.40, Finally! They have CNC mills and machines that have windows 98 and NT4 loaded on them. Will thos machines be able to see shared folders on the server?? They don't need to be able to connect to the domain but they need to be able to grab files from the server. I can't find a definate answer on this, some people say it will work and some say it won't. Any advice is appreaciated. Thanks

Thanks. I forgot to mention they are going to Windows Server 2008 R2. Can I do the same things listed in the link above in 2008?
