I try to connect Sql to system center Operation manager while connecting its not showing me database names after entering SQL server and port , please give me the some suggestion  .

Do you install a SCOM2012R2 from scratch? Do you add a Management Server? Or...........? Could please upload a picture of the 'error' message?

I assume you are installing SCOM and that this is the first Management Server??

Who installed SQL ? Check with them to see if they installed a named instance in which case you'll need to enter SQL Server Name \ Instance Name.

Also make sure that windows firewall is open on required ports.
