Configuration System
When I boot my computer (Windows Home Premium 64bit) there is a pop up that says "Configuration System failed to initialize" and I don't know what might cause this...but need help. how can I fix it?

Besides, this issue doesnt seems to be related to SQL Server Integration Services. I suggest you post the question to Windows forums https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?category=w7itpro. It is appropriate and more experts will assist you.
