Compress files older than ..?
There's no way to achieve this within a Windows buildin function. You can ask in

If you do a disk cleanup you get option to compress files older (access) than x day.
BUT if you compress a folder (not disk) you do not get that option.
Is there any way to use the buildin compress /compact on single folders with option to only compress file access older than?
OS is win server 2003 r2
