we have scale-out file server where all the quorum disk and all setup SMB shares setup for VMs.

I would like to use two hyper-v nodes to setup the VM in cluster, I could not find the blog or site to understand the step by step guide.

Also, try reposting in the Hyper-V forum, this forum is not for Hyper-V. It is for Virtual Server 2005.
