I would like to know what is the problem with my cloud service, because it constantly goes down

Last time that this issue happened was 30 minutes ago, could you check if you access our directory. In resume, the service goes down, for about 15 minutes, and then come back. We recently changed the machine configuration, and work for a while, but today it happened again.

Hi Pedro,

Since you changed the machine configuration, how long is it staying up vs. rebooting. I.e. is it staying up for more than 30 minutes now? Does it give you time to RDP to it and view the Event logs?

 There are no reports of an Outage as of now. If you think this issue is more related to Azure Backend then I would suggest you contact azure Support with a Support Ticket and have a support professional look into this issue.
