I'm running into an issue with the Windows Azure Pack and VMM Cloud quota and usage. I've setup a small cloud in VMM and set some quotas. The quota I'm having issue with is storage. I set the storage quota to 500 GB and created 3 VMs. 2 with 80 GB drives and 1 with a 100 GB drive. Now the cloud show 480 GB in use, as shown below.

In VMM the information is contradictory. The cloud summary is correct, but the cloud quota and usage Disk usage is doubled, but cores, memory, points, and vm count are all correct.

In other clouds the same thing is happening and it's preventing users from creating virtual machines. Is there a process that can be used to reconcile the usage values?
