We're trying to closed caption some video materials which will be held on our streaming server. We're using a Dell poweredge 1855 running windows media service on windows server 2003. We're unable to get the captions to show up when a link is placed on the webpage it is attached to, however, we are able to see the captions directly off the server. Any thoughts?
