Not sure if you have already have the cloned server, if the intention is to create a clone then sysprep is the tool you need, see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc783215%28WS.10%29.aspx. Sysprep will allow you to configure many elements of opreating system configuration what version of operating system are you using?

Hi, I suggest contacting Acronis for direct assistance as the product is developed by a company independent of Microsoft. If you use sysprep and ImageX to clone the system, you can use an unattend file to configure the settings. Hope it helps. Tim Quan - MSFT
