Changing Tenant Administrator

states that "You cannot modify the tenant administrator in the service console." 

How can you modify who the Tenant Administrator is?

· Log in to https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter/home.aspx

· Click the “Online Services” tab

o <takes you to the “Online Services Overview” page>

· Click the “Online Services Agreement List”

o <takes you to the Online Services Agreement/Public Customer Number List>

· Search for agreements (if none are showing)

o <the “Search Results” box lists the agreements, and the first column “Agreement Number” provides links to the agreements>

· Click the link of the agreement that covers the purchase of the AIS subscription

o <takes you to the “Online Service Summary” page>

o <the “Activated Online Services” box on this page lists the services, and the first column “Service Name” provides links to the services>

· Click the link“Asset Inventory Service”

o <this page shows the details of the AIS subscription>

· Click the “Online Services” tab
