I have a requirement from the businesses to include boilerplate legal communication on specific Service Requests. We use the Service Manager portal (SharePoint) as the SR catalog. The problem is the detail field for the Service Request form is limited to only 2 lines of text. You can imagine legal communication is a bit more lengthy.

How do I change the length allotted to the description of the SR form?

As far as I know we cannot increase the size of that field on the SCSM self-service portal.

Ops. i missed that it was on the portal the form was. Ignore my post before. And i think it's the answer Marat has giving. If you used a 3rd party like Cireson it would be possible.
