There is an article that talks about this, but it's filled with a few issues:

They tell you to bounce the SCOM service, using the old name from 2007, in 2012 R2 the service is called Microsoft Monitoring Agent.  Also on step 9, the sentence was truncated.

Hi,

Those accounts should be domain accounts, so their credentiasl are stored in AD database, you should change their passwords in AD first and then open operation manager console, under Administration node of the console and select accounts under Run As Configuration ,change its password.

If any of the Run As accounts are being used as service accounts make sure to change the password for these services and restart them after the password has been changed.

SCOM relies on the Active Directory domain. All of the accounts you have referenced would be domain accounts, and as such their passwords should be changed in Active Directory, after which you will need to make any corresponding changes to the SCOM run-as accounts in the Administration workspace, under Administration --> Run As Configuration --> Accounts

Additionally if any of the accounts are configured for use with the SCOM Services for the Microsoft Monitoring Agent, System Center Data Access service or System Center Management configuration service, make sure to update the passwords. Changes will likely only take effect after a restart of the affected services.
