I have been attempting to chage my Volume license key in server 2003 R2 SP2 according to the directions at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328874/After choosing to allow a service representative to activate over the phone a new window pops up which says "Generating New Installation ID" then the window closes, the msoobe application closes and I am unable to continue changing my VLK. Anyone have any suggestions what may be causing this problem?
