Change Manager duties in Service Manager

I am new to using Service Manager, but have been a Change Manager with many other tools. I'm struggling with the monitoring of where the changes are within the list of activities. I'm sure there has to be a way to configure a view that shows a list of CRs and the next "In Progress" activity.    I get that you have a view of Manual Activities in Progress, but what I am looking for a similar to the "All Change Requests" view that includes a filter for what activity is currently active.

Any suggestions?

I would appreciate for any thoughts on how others manage this.
