Certificate Autoenrollment, exchange 2007 problem

how do i enroll a certificate for get rid of below problem
when I try to connect to OWA from Internet Explorer I am getting a Certificate Error with the message (internal network) i have enrolled a certificate from 08 server and publish to all domain client pc, below is the link i follow to do, below is using
an example of "OCSP Response Signing Certificates" but i have used "exchange sign" , any proceduce i could follow ?
