Certfication Authority Access Denied
I recently loaded SP2 for Windows Server 2003 and upon reboot got the blue screen of death. I eventually had to boot from CD and do a windows repair after a chkdsk & fixboot. The particular server is a stand-alone root level CA. The service is running (my users are able to authenticate) but I am unable to administer the CA MMC. Everytime I start the MMC and click on pending requests, etc. I get the following error:
"Access is denied. 0x80070005 (WIN32: 5)."
I am logged in as the domain admin that setup the CA. I have checked and the user account is listed as a local administrator on the local server as well.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
I am sorry you have not received an answer to this question so far. I'm afraid I can't figure out what might be wrong either, Sounds like your Service Pack 2 upgrade didn't quite work as expected. I suggest you move your question to the Windows Server 2003 Newsgroups for better response on Windows Server 2003 issues.

Do you have any relationship with your local Microsoft office it could be a good idea too get some help from them as well, if this is a critical server then you should consider creating a support case on this SP2 upgrade.
