I have been trying to download Server 08 Enterprise for the past 24 hours or so, and to no avail, I keep getting an error code ( 1046 ). I have tried Standard, Enterprise, and datacenter, but all with the same result. However, I did get Web Edition to download (havent looked at it yet) but I need enterprise as it is the primarily what we use. Anyone got any ideas? - tmony

Thanks for that, I was having the same problem, and this is the solution. My only other questions is how to receive the product key for the beta, since that is supposed to be emailed after the download from the technet betacenter...

While waiting for Microsoft to resolve the product key issue, you can proceed to install without product key. You will have 30 days grace period to key in the product key. I believe you should be able to obtain the product key before grace period expire.

Thanks for the help... Do you know how one would go about getting that key, once the problem is solved? Go back through the download proccess to have it emailed to me?
