Cannot uninstall Windows Internal Database on Windows 2008R2
I have problems uninstalling Windows Internal Database on one of my Windows 2008R2 servers. There are no dependancies that use this Role. There has not been a WSUS install on that server either. Only thing that was depending on it was Windows System Resource
Manager but this is uninstalled successfully. Now if I want to remove WID role I will get the following error: Attempt to un-install Windows Internal Database failed with error code 0x80070643. Fatal error during installation.
Theres also reference to a log file msi.log but it does not exist.
In ServerManager.log I found these lines:

Hi,
Because multiple applications and services use the same instance of Windows Internal Database, removing these applications and services does not remove
the data store. If you have removed all applications and services that use Windows Internal Database, you can then remove it by using the Server Manager Remove Features Wizard.
If it cannot be removed, please refer to the following article:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc708610(WS.10).aspx
If the issue persists, please try the following steps to change some registry keys:
Note: Before doing so, please backup your current registry first.
1) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server
Edit the "InstalledInstances" value and remove "MICROSOFT##SSEE"
2) Remove the "MICROSOFT##SSEE" subkey under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server
3) Remove the "MSSQL.2005" subkey under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server
4) Rename the following folder:
\%Windir%\SYSMSI\SSEE\MSSQL.2005\MSSQL\Data to \%Windir%\SYSMSI\SSEE\MSSQL.2005\MSSQL\Data.old
